What does being an Accredited Buyer’s Representative mean to you? It means I have attended specialized training so that I know how to help buyers select the home that is best for them and I have been trained to look out for and protect their best interest. I have been trained to find creative ways to find value for my clients. Although the designation is usually designed for real estate buyer agents who focus only on working directly with buyer-clients, I am a full service agent and still wanted to be competitive with exclusive buyer’s agents.
Having this valuable specialized training puts my buyers at ease and ensures that I am staying on top of the issues and trends in successfully representing home buyers. I have access to REBAC members-only marketing tools and resources, which provide an additional competitive edge.

Certified New Home Specialist
What does being a Certified New Home Specialist mean to you? I have been trained to work with Builders and their New Home Sales Associates to help you purchase an inventory home from a builder or help you get your dream home built in the Houston area. I am committed to working with area Builders to ensure my clients are exposed to all options when they are ready to purchase. I understand the building process and can help my clients to monitor their build from beginning to end to ensure nothing goes wrong. If you cannot be in the Houston area while the construction is under way, you can be sure I have been trained to stay on top of it for you. I understand the importance of inspections at each phase of construction and know you are eager to see photos and receive updates as the home is being built. I know how to help you get into your dream home.

Social Media Pro
What does being a Social Media Pro mean? In addition to my e-PRO training, this specialized training focuses on new social media like Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, blogging, and use of video production and YouTube to improve my online marketing. As a Social Media Pro, I stay connected online so that I can find the best resources to meet my clients needs. This advanced training is provided by the Houston Association of Realtors. Social Media plays an important role in marketing to the younger generation and that is why I have found that being connected online is so important. Do not let this intimidate you if you’re not a social media bug, it is just another way I have enhanced my business. I continue to use the traditional marketing techniques as well.

Texas Veterans Land Board Trained
Only Realtors who have attended training for the Texas Veterans Land Board can help Texas Veterans with the many resources available to them. As of September 2009 there were only 9 other Realtors in the Spring area that have this specialized training to help Texas Veterans with their real estate needs. I am also married to a Texas Veteran and feel that this is a great resource for our state veterans and would like to share more about this program with you.
