Real Estate Dictionary
I have struggled with the idea of adding a Glossary of Real Estate Terms to my web site. I think it’s a great tool for consumers, but I also know simplistic definitions do not help consumers understand confusing terms. Many times an example or visual is needed. There are many places to go online to find real estate terms defined, so for now I am not going to add one to my site because I have found in this changing market the media is constantly adding new terms (examples: credit crunch, underwater borrower.) If you do need terms defined, I like the site www.realestatewords.com.
